- Job Requirements
- Providing administrative support to the management, including ensuring day-to-day administrative, human resources and procurement management procedures in Gaza are implemented and followed.
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office in coordination with different services and departments inside and outside the employer office.
- Providing help and support with project coordination, writing materials such as emails, reports, meeting records and filing.
- Qualifications Requirements
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields.
- Experience of three years, at least, providing administrative support at the director level or above.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, e-mail software and basic computer use.
- Excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Professional attitude and ability to work well with a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- High adaptable and quick leaner.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with superiors, employees and the public.
