1. Holder of bachelor degree in (Agriculture Science-Plant Production)
2. Minimum 2 years experience in similar fields
3. PARC trainee is an advantage
4. Good command of English (Reading, writing and conversation)
5. Good Communication skills
6. Have v. good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel)
7. Valid Driving License
8. Strong personality, team work and ability to work under pressure
9. Have good Planning and strategic thinking Skills
10. Resident of Nablus Governorate will be an asset
